Almost, Alaska

"You, um, just moved here, right?" Isaiah asked, cocking his head.

Melody: I nodded slightly as I tried warming myself up a little more. "Yeah just came here from California." I say trying to smile.

Sky
"Hello." I smiled to him, my voice bell sounding. My breath left a small fog from the cold.

Dillon: I smiled and the cold wind chilled my teeth. "How are you?" I asked putting my hands in my sweat shirt.

Sky
"i'm fine. Its been a peaceful winter so far." I noticed.

Isaia laughed loudly. "California! That's why you look like a popcicle right now," he smiled. "Listen, I live right here. Why don't you come in for coffee or something," he suggested.

Melody: I was so cold I didn't speak, I just nodded vigorously, needing something warm in my body.

Sky
"so what have you been up to?" I asked him, shoving my hands in my pockets and turning to face him.

Dillon: "Oh nothing. Macy left and now I am stuck here alone. We tried an long distance relationship and it didn't work out so well. One of her friends told her I cheated on her with some person that was here as a tourist." I told Sky easily. I shrugged my shoulders.

Sky
"Did you?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. "Cause if so, then she has some reason to be mad."

Dillon: I shrugged at her observation. "I didn't technically cheat but hey you know me Sky." I told her smiling crookedly.

Sky
I rolled my eyes, but smiled back at his smile. "whatever you say, dillon."

Dillon: I laughed as she rolled her eyes. "Hey, I am not that bad of a guy." I said smiling wider and laughing.

Sky
"Sure you are." The wind picked up, sending chills down my spine as it penetrated my thin jacket.

Dillon: I got closer to her and wrapped an arm around her. "Why don't we just go into the tavern and get something warm to drink." I asked her smiling.

Sky
"Alright." I shrugged, smiling up to him.

Dillon: I smiled as I led her to the tavern and a rush or warm air blew over us. "MMM nice and toasty in here." I said taking off our jackets.

Sky
"Yup." I nodded as he took off my jacket.

Dillon: I smiled as I led her to a seat and ordered us some hot chocolates.

Sky
"So what have you been up to lately?" I asked him, taking off my gloves and unwinding my scarf from my neck.

Dillon: I walked over to our table with the hot chocolates in my hands and presented her with one. "Oh nothing really. There is nothing to do in a small town like this." I tell her as I sat down to enjoy the whip creamed hot chocolate.

"But it is nice that we know almost everyone here." I pointed out, taking a sip of the hot chocolate.
